Dana Esposito (VP, Creative Services) Invited to Judge EuroShop 2020

Exhibitor Magazine has invited Dana Esposito, Vice President of Creative Services at Elevation3D, to the international judging panel for EuroShop 2020 in Dusseldorf, Germany. As part of this elite panel of design and marketing professionals, Dana will evaluate and score the design creativity and execution for the trade fair stands exhibiting at the international trade show that occurs every three years.

EuroShop is the world’s largest retail trade show, with more than 18 halls of trade fair stands from around the world will pull out all the stops for this prominent event. The prominent exhibition is highly revered by exhibit stand designers and builders, as well as marketing experts around the world. Designers from the United States especially revere the work on display for it’s ingenuity, use of inventive materials, and limitless inspiration for exhibit professionals. EuroShop elevates the competition and standard for both trade show exhibit and retail industry design for the world.

Dana Esposito is very active in the trade show and event industry, currently serving as a contributor for the Experiential Design and Producers Association (EDPA) Northeast Chapter (formerly President), as well as actively mentoring for Bemidji State University and other educational institutions across the United States. With nearly 25 years of exhibit design and trade show industry experience, she has been individually recognized with awards such as the Experiential Designers and Producers Association (EDPA) Designer of the Year, the 2017 Star Award, as well as numerous Best of Show Exhibit Design awards for her work with Elevation3D and throughout her career.

EXHIBITOR Magazine’s EuroShop Awards (sponsored by the International Federation of Exhibition and Event Services) are the official stand design competition endorsed by EuroShop, and recognize the most impressive stands this trend-setting show has to offer. Judges will evaluate aesthetics, innovation, and functionality. Stands will be evaluated according to the following five sized-based categories:

  • Extra Small Exhibit Stands: 20 or Fewer sqm.
  • Small Exhibit Stands: 21 – 39 sqm.
  • Medium Exhibit Stands: 40 – 79 sqm.
  • Large Exhibit Stands: 80 – 200 sqm.
  • Extra Large Exhibit Stands: More Than 200 sqm.

Elevation3D to Lead Exclusive Interactive Media Presentation at ExhibitorLIVE

In February 2019, EXHIBITOR Media Group hosted EXHIBITORLIVE, The Professional Development Conference for Trade Show and Corporate Event Marketing, at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. The four-day event hosts thousands of industry professionals, trade show and event agencies, and numerous other vendors. During the event, EXHIBITOR recognizes excellence in exhibiting and design through a series of awards.

Elevation3D was named Best of Show Small Booth Award winner for their custom-designed, interactive 10×20 linear exhibit. A panel of judges, including several corporate trade show marketers and event managers, evaluated hundreds of exhibits at the event and selected Elevation3D as the winner.

“Great booth appeal. A creative and engaging digital experience,” noted one judge. While another commented, “The technology makes you want to engage. They had a natural attraction.”
At the 2019 awards ceremony, Elevation3D also received the Portable/Modular Design People’s Choice Award for their 2018 EXHIBITORLIVE exhibit, receiving the most votes among 51 other exhibits in the category.

“We are proud to be recognized by our industry peers for creative and impactful use of a smaller exhibit space. On February 26, 2019 EXHIBITOR Media Group announced its list of Top 40 Exhibit Producers, which honors the best firms in the trade show and event industry. Applicants are evaluated in eight categories, comprised of more than 50 individual criteria, including capabilities, service, reliability, and creativity. Points were awarded based on each company’s responses, as well as surveys completed by client references for each company. Elevation3D scored amongst the top firms in the Thought Leadership and Industry Participation category.

The custom exhibit design featured an eye-catching wall of gold ears positioned around bold graphic letters that spelled “LISTEN”. An augmented reality (AR) experience allowed audiences to use a tablet to scan individual letters that triggered video and audio to play. The 2D letters featured bold graphics that were subtle clues to the content of the audiovisual component. The six letters corresponded to historical moments, film, and audio clips all tied to the overarching theme: listen.

In addition to the cutting-edge interactive trade show technology, the custom-branded environment included semi-private, furnished meeting area with where guests interacted with a touchscreen demo and. The exhibit design, engineering, media, and fabrication were all completed by Elevation3D in both the Boston and Las Vegas offices.

EXHIBITOR Magazine Names Elevation3D People Choice Award Winner for Design

At an awards ceremony held at Mandalay Bay Conference and Event Center in February 2019, Exhibitor Media Group named Elevation3D the People’s Choice winner in the 6th annual Portable/Modular Design Awards. Elevation3D was one of 52 companies nominated for the People’s Choice Award for design, which allows the public to vote online once per day.

Elevation3D received the Portable/Modular Design award for the 2018 ExhibitorLIVE 10×20 inline, custom exhibit design, which engaged crowds in Las Vegas at Mandalay Bay in February 2018. The custom exhibit design featured an interactive wall that projected audience members’ movement onto a large AV wall, disrupting looping messaging as audiences engaged with the wall. In addition to the cutting-edge interactive trade show technology, the custom-branded environment included a looping video and semi-private meeting area where guests interacted with Elevation3D staff. The exhibit design as well as exhibit fabrication were all completed by Elevation3D in both the Boston and Las Vegas offices. The trade show display in Las Vegas marked the public announcement of Elevation3D’s acquisition of a second full service location in 2018, expanding their capabilities and coast-to-coast efficiencies for clients.

Elevation3D Named EXHIBITOR Top 40 Exhibit Producer in North America

In February 2019, EXHIBITOR Media Group announced its list of Top 40 Exhibit Producers, which honors the best firms in the trade show and event industry. More than 100 exhibit houses, trade show display producers, and face-to-face marketing firms across the Untied States and Canada applied to be named on the exclusive and trusted list that the magazine produces each year.

“This program is intended to spotlight the best exhibit producers in the industry, while also providing a valuable resource for exhibit managers searching for new potential partners,” said Randy Acker, President and Chief Operating Officer of Exhibitor Media Group.

Applicants are evaluated in eight categories, comprised of more than 50 individual criteria, including capabilities, service, reliability, and creativity. The criteria reflect the critical factors and commonalities in vetting and selecting potential trade show and event partners, deemed most important by EXHIBITOR magazine readers and an Editorial Advisory Board of industry professionals. Points were awarded based on each company’s responses, as well as through surveys completed by client references.

In addition to being named to the elite list, Elevation3D scored among the top eight firms in the Thought Leadership and Industry Participation category.

The companies named to the Top 40 Exhibit Producers list will be featured in an online portal that is trusted by industry professionals in North America and internationally, and regularly utilized by start-up and Fortune 500 companies alike. Elevation3D will also be highlighted in the print issue of EXHIBITOR magazine that is distributed in June 2019.
